Project Description:

Full refurbishment of a Grade II listed luxury 5-star hotel, completed in 2019.

The project was split into three different sections, namely Bedrooms, Public Areas and main MEP works, with different main contractors for each. The hotel remained live and operational throughout except for a 4 month period when the public areas were completed, providing challenges for programming of the works. 

​

Included the management of the facade cleaning and window restoration.

​

The 102 bedrooms and suites were designed by Robert Angell Design International while the public areas were designed by Fabled Studios. Elementa provided MEP services.
