Project Description:

The refit of an existing 3 storey building which suffered a fire on the 3rd floor. The scope of works included the replacement of all services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection) and upgrade of the architectural finishes throughout the building due to damage from the fire.
The project was run in a live environment as the branch and
office staff continued operations during the works.

The project was procured through traditional single stage
selective tendering.

AECOM was responsible for Project Management, Cost
Management and Engineering services for the project from initiation through to closing of the project.

The Architect was Stauch Vorster Architects.
